The workout is a nice hobby that positively effects our lives. It is always nice when you share the same hobbies. But it isn't that easy with a workout. There are many reasons why young couples refuse to workout together. She may be too shy or you don’t want to show her that you are not strong enough. This has to be changed because your girlfriend is the closest person to you. And if she knows your strengths and weaknesses then she will be able to cover them up for you and vice versa.
